Affiliate Partnerships Manager

Responsibilities

• Own outbound affiliate acquisition end to end — research, outreach, qualification, negotiation, and driving partners to first publication
• Build a pipeline of creators, trading communities, and crypto distribution partners across target markets
• Qualify on audience quality, market relevance, and revenue potential
• Sell the revenue-share model and close on deals
• Pre-screen KYC and geography for compliance
• Develop top partners into ambassadors who source affiliates themselves
• Research new markets, competitor terms, and local expectations
• Maintain CRM as the single source of truth and report on pipeline conversion
• Work with paid campaigns, account management, and compliance to launch partnerships

Requirements

• Experience in affiliate partnerships, BD, or performance partnerships (ideally crypto exchange, trading platform, or fintech)
• Proven outbound closer with high-volume cold sourcing experience
• Deep understanding of affiliate economics (RevShare, CPA, hybrid deals, sub-affiliate structures, attribution, and ROI)
• Ability to negotiate against better-looking headline terms
• Crypto-native knowledge of the exchange affiliate landscape and Telegram trading communities
• Experience launching in CIS, West Asia, or Central Asia markets
• Hands-on experience with CRM and affiliate tracking tools
• Upper-intermediate English or higher
