Responsibilities
- Provide effective audio and video interpreting through a web based platform
- Answer inbound calls in a timely manner
- Provide superior customer service
- Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct and strict confidentiality standards
- Follow professional interpretation protocols and industry best practices
Requirements
- Full fluency in both English and Afghani/Dari
- Technology proficient in web-based platforms, email, and Microsoft Word
- Access to a quiet, secure interpreting space free from outside noises
- 1+ years of professional interpreting experience preferred
- Industry specific certifications such as CMI or CCHI preferred
