Agentforce Trainer/Salesforce AI Consultant

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly hands-on workshops for Salesforce developers and architects
• Train teams on Agentforce architecture, capabilities, and best practices
• Support the design and build of real-world AI use cases including AI SDR, Customer Service, and Onboarding agents
• Guide teams on prompt design, orchestration, and agent workflows
• Provide advisory on scaling AI solutions across enterprise environments
• Review and improve existing implementations and use cases
• Help define internal frameworks, accelerators, and best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience working with Agentforce (Salesforce AI Agents)
• Demonstrated experience building multiple AI agents end-to-end
• Strong background as a Salesforce Consultant or Architect
• Hands-on delivery of AI use cases such as sales automation and customer service automation
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds)
• Expertise in AI-driven workflows, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration
• Ability to train, mentor, and communicate complex concepts clearly
