Agile Coach

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all agile ceremonies fluently and consistently
• Coach entire organizations and programs to drive agile transformation
• Design and execute multi-team agile transformation programs with measurable milestones
• Act as a trusted advisor to engineering leadership providing data-backed input on delivery health
• Design ADO structure for multi-team environments including area paths and dependency tracking
• Implement cross-team sprint synchronization and overall retrospectives
• Lead and influence vendor teams and internal organizational structures
• Design and implement a comprehensive metrics framework covering flow, stability (DORA), and quality
• Shift engineering culture from output-focused to outcome-focused
• Facilitate difficult organizational conversations between PMO, vendors, and leadership
• Mentor and build Scrum Master capability in junior and mid-level SMs

Requirements

• 7+ years of demonstrated scaled agile experience
• Proficiency in DORA metrics and their improvement
• Experience challenging and changing organizational structures to improve effectiveness
• Proven ability to build and sustained psychological safety within teams
• Ability to conduct executive-level conversations using delivery data and constraint analysis
• Advanced English fluency
