About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute adoption strategies for Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI agents, and intelligent automation
- Apply Prosci and ADKAR methodologies to conduct stakeholder and readiness assessments
- Design role-based learning journeys and create high-quality training content
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and executive presentations in Arabic and English
- Define adoption KPIs and track active usage, user satisfaction, and business-value realization
- Collaborate with technical teams to align deployment with business adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational psychology, HR, or related discipline
- 4-6 years of professional experience in organizational change management or technology adoption
- Mandatory Prosci Change Management certification
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English
- Current residency or eligibility to work in the UAE
- Ability to work from client sites across Dubai and Abu Dhabi
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with system integrators or consulting firms
- Experience delivering programs for UAE government or public-sector organizations
- Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform
- Understanding of prompt engineering and generative AI
