About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical bridge between stakeholders and AI/engineering teams
- Assess infrastructure, security, integrations and dependencies for production AI deployments
- Evaluate data availability, quality, lineage and governance
- Configure, integrate and deploy AI solutions including models, workflows and data pipelines
- Translate AI prototypes into scalable, production-grade solutions
- Enable business adoption through documentation, demonstrations and knowledge transfer
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in customer-facing or deployment-oriented technical roles
- Understanding of data-driven systems and AI/ML platforms
- Familiarity with MLOps, model lifecycle and LLM-based solutions
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Deploying AI or analytics solutions in regulated environments
- Familiarity with Azure, AWS or GCP and enterprise data ecosystems
- Supporting solutions from pilot through production rollout
