Responsibilities
- Join Mode's affiliate program to refer U.S.-based companies
- Introduce Mode to companies with 20+ employees and 3+ years of operating history
- Target sectors such as Accounting, Law, IT, and Sales
- Facilitate connections between decision-makers and Mode's business development team
Requirements
- Strong network of business owners, executives, investors, or operators
- Ability to make credible introductions to established U.S. companies
- Good business instincts and the ability to recognize opportunities
- Ability to get decision-makers to take a call
Benefits
- Earn $50,000 or a 6% customer sign-up bonus (whichever is greater) per closed deal
- No cap on the number of qualified referrals
- Potential for deeper involvement including commission ($2,000 - $5,000 per deal) and equity grants
- Completely remote and no exclusivity required
