About the role
Responsibilities
- Create high-conversion visual assets for ads, emails, and landing pages
- Replicate and adapt winning static creatives to brand needs
- Produce multiple creative variants for A/B testing using generative AI
- Design and layout emails for Klaviyo
- Create and optimize conversion-oriented landing pages using Replo
- Analyze performance references to iterate and improve visual hooks and compositions
Requirements
- Strong visual criteria and design sensitivity
- Proven experience with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Nano Banana, and Flow
- Understanding of Direct Response Marketing and performance advertising
- Ability to design for conversion rather than just aesthetics
- Experience with Klaviyo and Replo or similar page builders
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with ecommerce brands
- Experience creating creatives for Meta Ads and other paid media platforms
- Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Experience with direct-to-consumer (DTC) products
- Basic knowledge of copywriting and Direct Response
