AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and scale next-generation Conversational AI platforms using LLM-based agents and multi-agent orchestration frameworks
• Develop automation agents for banking functions such as KYC, compliance, risk monitoring, and customer service
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines utilizing vector databases and knowledge graphs
• Design and refine prompts to optimize LLM performance and apply parameter-efficient fine-tuning
• Operationalize embedding models and custom ML solutions by building APIs, SDKs, and CI/CD pipelines
• Establish engineering standards for model fairness, security, explainability, and disaster recovery
• Act as an analytics translator to identify data-driven solutions for complex business problems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or Mathematics)
• 5+ years in AI/ML engineering or large-scale digital product engineering
• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions within regulated environments like Banking or Financial Services
• Expert-level programming in Python for ML/AI and Generative AI applications
• Deep knowledge of transformer models, multimodal architectures, and agentic AI systems
• Expertise in vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) and SQL/NoSQL systems
• Proficiency in Azure AI Foundry or AWS SageMaker, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Understanding of LLM evaluation metrics and observability frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in AI/ML
• Experience with LangChain, CrewAI, or Bedrock
• Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and multimodal AI
• Ability to build AI prototypes with a focus on enterprise-grade security
