AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build an outbound engine covering lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and personalized sequencing integrated with the CRM
• Develop inbound and lifecycle flows including lead routing, qualification, and nurture triggers
• Create an AI-assisted content pipeline for outbound copy, landing pages, and social assets
• Build a GTM data layer for automated dashboards and reporting
• Develop rapid patches for broken GTM workflows or tool gaps

Requirements

• Proficiency with LLM APIs (Claude, GPT), prompt engineering, agent frameworks, and RAG
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript skills
• Experience with scraping, enrichment, and API integrations
• Hands-on experience with GTM stacks (CRM, Clay/Apollo, n8n/Make/Zapier, email infra)
• Proven ability to build and demo autonomous or semi-autonomous workflows in production
• Ability to work with meaningful US-timezone overlap
