About the role
Responsibilities
- Build an outbound engine covering lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and personalized sequencing integrated with the CRM
- Develop inbound and lifecycle flows including lead routing, qualification, and nurture triggers
- Create an AI-assisted content pipeline for outbound copy, landing pages, and social assets
- Build a GTM data layer for automated dashboards and reporting
- Develop rapid patches for broken GTM workflows or tool gaps
Requirements
- Proficiency with LLM APIs (Claude, GPT), prompt engineering, agent frameworks, and RAG
- Strong Python and/or TypeScript skills
- Experience with scraping, enrichment, and API integrations
- Hands-on experience with GTM stacks (CRM, Clay/Apollo, n8n/Make/Zapier, email infra)
- Proven ability to build and demo autonomous or semi-autonomous workflows in production
- Ability to work with meaningful US-timezone overlap
