AI Forward Deployed Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate production services for AI agents
• Build internal tools and external integrations that make employees and customers more productive
• Develop reusable primitives for meetings, browsing, search, email, and payments
• Define reliable interfaces and workflows for agent tool use
• Improve safety, observability, testing, and operational reliability
• Help shape the architecture of the agent enablement platform

Requirements

• Strong software engineering experience, including ownership of production systems
• Comfort working with LLMs, AI agents, tool calling, and agent orchestration
• Good judgment on reliability, security, permissions, and external side effects
• Ability to turn ambiguous ideas into maintainable products
• Clear communication and a practical, hands-on approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with agent frameworks and runtimes such as Hermes Agent or OpenClaw
