AI Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Carry out the onboarding process of new client accounts to ensure successful launch
• Conduct kick-off meetings to align expectations and gather requirements
• Build and configure AI assistants using internal tools based on client business logic
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams for seamless handoffs
• Maintain consistent client communication via WhatsApp to resolve blockers
• Deliver high-quality initial versions of AI assistants promptly
• Monitor onboarding timelines to ensure launches meet SLAs
• Provide initial training and resources to help clients test their AI agents

Requirements

• Proven experience in Customer Experience, Onboarding, or Technical Support
• Ability to translate client needs into technical configurations
• Experience creating and managing JSONs and understanding structured logic flows
• Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier is a plus
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple parallel projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for technology and artificial intelligence
