About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a highly autonomous right hand to the Head of Engineering
- Operate and stress-test experimental AI tools
- Close the feedback loop between users and the engineering/product teams
- Proactively identify breakages and document issues
- Prioritize work across a 30+ person team to accelerate engineering velocity and product quality
- Scale experimentation and reduce failures in production
