Responsibilities

  • Partner with account executives to articulate the Arize value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers and build relationships with technical and business stakeholders
  • Lead product demonstrations of the Arize platform
  • Advise on GenAI and ML best practices
  • Lead discovery to understand prospect's GenAI tech stack
  • Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) motions with prospective buyers
  • Handle technical objections and collaborate across sales, engineering, and product to unblock them

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Forward Deployed Engineer)
  • Proficiency in Python or TypeScript
  • Knowledge of LLM / Agentic frameworks (e.g., OpenAI Agents SDK, Google ADK, LangGraph, DSPy)
  • Understanding of GenAI concepts and application evaluation + development lifecycle
  • Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts
  • Ability to learn quickly in complex production AI environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience aligning Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Experience working in high-growth stage companies
  • Engineering experience in Data Engineering, MLOps, Kubernetes, or GCP / AWS / Azure
