AI Search & Organic Growth Strategist

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive SEO strategies and perform advanced keyword research
• Optimize content for AI-powered search engines including ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity
• Manage on-page SEO including title tags, meta descriptions, and internal linking
• Build SEO-driven content calendars and detailed content briefs for writers
• Develop strategic link-building campaigns and Digital PR opportunities
• Collaborate with developers on technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and Schema markup
• Monitor keyword rankings, traffic, and conversions using analytics dashboards
• Leverage AI tools to improve SEO workflows and productivity

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience
• 1–2+ years of AI Search Optimization (AEO/GEO) experience preferred
• Expertise in keyword research and search intent analysis
• Strong understanding of EEAT principles and topical authority
• Working knowledge of technical SEO (Schema, crawlability, indexing)
• Proficiency with SEO tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console
• Proficiency with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
