AI Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of AI LCC programming and the weekly AI AAA Series
• Develop and steward partnerships with frontier AI companies like Anthropic and Google
• Build and scale the AI LCC community across WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord
• Design and moderate structured learning circles for educators
• Pilot AI-driven tools for community summarization and translation
• Facilitate ethical AI dialogues regarding data privacy and bias
• Track community health metrics and produce mobile-first multimedia content

Requirements

• Experience managing program delivery or scaling digital communities
• Hands-on experience with foundation models (Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney)
• Practical prompt engineering skills
• Experience with distributed or facilitative leadership models
• Experience developing technology or AI partnerships
• Proficiency in multimedia content creation (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Ability to work across global, cross-cultural, and multi-time-zone contexts
• Valid work and residency authorization in the country of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish fluency or working proficiency
