AI Tech Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own the LXP support queue, resolving requests on access, enrolment, and content availability
• Onboard and off-board partner organizations and manage course assignments
• Build, test, and maintain workflow automations using n8n and comparable tools
• Support the development and deployment of internal AI agents to reduce manual tasks
• Implement and maintain databases and data warehouses for reporting infrastructure
• Act as a professional point of contact for partner organizations on platform matters

Requirements

• Three or more years in technical operations, systems administration, or digital learning operations
• Experience administering an LMS or LXP and managing a support queue
• Practical experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate
• Strong data-handling ability and advanced spreadsheet skills
• Professional written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

• Administrator experience with modern LXPs like Sana, Docebo, or 360Learning
• Scripting ability in Python or JavaScript
• Exposure to AI and LLM tooling, including prompt design and API integrations
• Salesforce administration and Power BI experience
• Working Arabic for bilingual content and regional communication
