About the role
Responsibilities
- Help shape AI features by translating the QV.AC vision into concrete use cases and requirements
- Understand users and their problems through research and feedback
- Turn ideas into clear specifications, including user stories and acceptance criteria
- Prototype and explore concepts using design or coding tools
- Collaborate on technical trade-offs regarding latency, memory, and privacy
- Support prioritization and planning and maintain a focused backlog
- Drive feature delivery from development through release
- Stay close to AI developments to recommend new models and tools
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, ideally with AI software products
- Practical experience building or prototyping AI-powered features
- Working understanding of AI concepts such as inference, model capabilities, and evaluation
- Ability to translate ambiguous ideas into actionable requirements
- Strong product judgment and attention to usability
- Confidence creating prototypes using design or coding tools
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with product analytics and user research
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with local AI, on-device inference, or open-source models
- Experience building AI assistants or conversational interfaces
- Familiarity with desktop or mobile product development
- Understanding of peer-to-peer technologies and decentralized applications
