About the role
Responsibilities
- Evaluate translations and assess grammar and fluency in Albanian
- Analyze tone, meaning, and identify inaccuracies or unnatural phrasing
- Review region-specific variations including standard Albanian and dialects
- Engage with language models in Albanian and English to review generated text
- Annotate errors, provide corrected versions, and document performance patterns
- Evaluate model handling of formal vs informal registers and technical terminology
Requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in Albanian
- Strong reading and writing proficiency
- Clear written communication skills
- Ability to explain linguistic corrections and reasoning
- Access to a secure computer and high-speed internet
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in linguistics, translation, or language education
- Background in journalism or communications
