About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the Anthropic partnership end-to-end, building and scaling partner activation programs
- Create repeatable playbooks for partner-funded customer activations
- Grow standing in the Claude Partner Network and track tier requirements
- Manage the AWS alliance, maintaining Generative AI competency and Premier Tier standing
- Build the co-sell motion with AWS field teams and manage AWS funding programs
- Lead and develop a team of partner managers and set the operating cadence
- Turn partner programs into pipeline with sales, marketing and delivery
- Identify early-stage partnerships with GCP and other emerging AI players
Requirements
- 5-8+ years in technology alliances, partnerships or channel roles
- Hands-on experience with partner programs, funding, co-sell and partner portals
- Track record of building alliance programs from scratch
- Experience leading and developing a team
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem
Preferred Qualifications
- Vertical depth in Financial Services or Life Sciences
- Experience managing GCP, OpenAI or other emerging AI partnerships
