Amazon Customer Service Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming Amazon emails and customer inquiries
• Respond to customer messages promptly and professionally using established templates
• Provide accurate information based on approved policies and resources
• Handle common customer questions and escalate complex issues to management
• Review customer concerns and determine appropriate resolution steps
• Maintain organized customer communication and documentation
• Participate in initial training to learn client-specific Amazon processes

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, email support, or virtual assistance
• Strong written English communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable internet connection and appropriate remote work setup
• Availability to work evening and weekend hours (CST)
• Ability to commit to a long-term engagement

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting Amazon sellers or ecommerce businesses
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Familiarity with ecommerce customer service workflows and knowledge bases
• Experience working remotely with international clients
