About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor incoming Amazon emails and customer inquiries
- Respond to customer messages promptly and professionally using established templates
- Provide accurate information based on approved policies and resources
- Handle common customer questions and escalate complex issues to management
- Review customer concerns and determine appropriate resolution steps
- Maintain organized customer communication and documentation
- Participate in initial training to learn client-specific Amazon processes
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, email support, or virtual assistance
- Strong written English communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable internet connection and appropriate remote work setup
- Availability to work evening and weekend hours (CST)
- Ability to commit to a long-term engagement
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting Amazon sellers or ecommerce businesses
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Familiarity with ecommerce customer service workflows and knowledge bases
- Experience working remotely with international clients
