About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and implement creative commercial structures for strategic deals
- Draft specialized commercial contract language while mitigating risk
- Identify and resolve deal cycle bottlenecks to speed closures
- Analyze deal margins, discounting trends and commercial trade-offs
- Prepare executive-level deliverables and insights on non-standard deals
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Sales Operations across time zones
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Law or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for financial modeling
- Experience with Salesforce and CPQ systems
- Working knowledge of revenue recognition and contract accounting
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree (MBA or JD)
