AML Framework Design

Responsibilities

• Conduct an AML gap assessment against existing governance, policies, and regulatory obligations
• Design a scalable AML governance structure and Target Operating Model (TOM)
• Develop an AML Policy and Procedures Framework
• Perform regulatory mapping across key jurisdictions including FATF, FinCEN, EU, UK, and Middle East
• Design an enterprise-wide AML training programme
• Develop a phased implementation roadmap to operationalise the AML framework

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive FCC/AML experience
• Experience in senior advisory, MLRO, or Head of Compliance roles
• Proven experience advising family offices or privately-controlled investment businesses
• Strong knowledge of FATF standards and multi-jurisdictional AML/CFT requirements
• Experience with DNFBP classification and reporting obligations
• Strong stakeholder management skills for Board-level engagement

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as CAMS, ICA, or CGSS
• Prior exposure to multi-generational business structures or privately-held conglomerates
