About the role
Responsibilities
- Map user journeys and manage automated journeys in the Ton portfolio usage lifecycle
- End-to-end management of CRM campaigns across Email, Push, SMS, and WhatsApp
- Segment the customer base to ensure personalized communication
- Structure A/B tests for continuous improvement of communication flows
- Analyze Growth funnel metrics such as Conversion, Churn, and LTV
- Partner with CRM Backoffice (Analytics, Channels, Data) and Product teams to translate data into actionable strategies
Requirements
- Experience in CRM, creating relationship flows and managing campaign execution
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Amplitude
- Data-oriented profile for base manipulation and insight extraction
- Knowledge of experimentation methodologies (A/B tests, control groups)
- Ability to use AI for work optimization
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL
- Previous experience in fintechs, payment methods, or financial services
- Proven professional cases with business results
- Ability to perform market benchmarking and competitive analysis
