About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist Line Management in providing financial analytics, performance management, planning, and support to respective businesses.
- Produce monthly business analysis including budget variance analysis and share with stakeholders.
- Monitor RWA, RoRWA, and RoRAC along with other business profitability metrics.
- Produce weekly business forecasts and daily trackers of Balance Sheet movements.
- Support the preparation of the annual corporate plan in coordination with senior management.
- Develop and monitor cost allocation rules for each cost center.
- Refresh scorecards and monitor KPIs.
- Collaborate with ACE on customer genome and management insights/dashboards.
Requirements
- 2 - 5 years of experience in a Business or Finance analytics role
- BA in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field
- Finance qualification such as CMA or ACCA
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Excellent research and communication skills
