Analyst, Franchise Innovation

Responsibilities

• Support the promotion and adoption of Mastercard Franchise solutions with customers across the EEMEA region
• Assist in customer engagements by presenting Franchise programs, standards and value propositions
• Develop internal and customer-facing presentations, reports and supporting materials
• Analyze transaction data to identify trends, opportunities, risks and areas requiring attention
• Support the onboarding and enablement of new Service Providers and other ecosystem participants
• Assist in managing Franchise Innovation initiatives, ensuring milestones and deliverables are tracked effectively
• Support process improvements, automation initiatives and operational excellence projects

Requirements

• Experience in payments, merchant acquiring, e-commerce or payment network operations is required
• Experience working with customers, data analysis, reporting and business insights is desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong team player with good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional and multicultural environment
• Self-motivated, organized and able to operate with a sense of urgency
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Curiosity about emerging payment technologies, fintech innovation and evolving business models
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Fluent in English
