Analytics Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable data pipelines, integrations, views, tables, and analytical data models
• Build dimensional models and semantic layers that create consistent, trusted sources of truth
• Design and maintain executive-facing dashboards and reporting products
• Build forecasting, scenario-planning, statistical, and predictive models to support decision-making
• Validate data through reconciliation, reasonableness testing, and exception review
• Present findings, forecasts, and recommendations to executive and operational audiences

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, or data engineering
• Advanced SQL skills including complex transformations and performance optimization
• Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines and integrations
• Experience developing executive and operational dashboards
• Experience with dimensional modeling, data warehousing, and semantic layers
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Snowflake or comparable cloud data platforms
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Fivetran, dbt, or Python
• Experience with Tableau or comparable BI platforms
• Experience with forecasting, scenario modeling, or statistical analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
