About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a growing tax team
- Own and manage the comprehensive tax calendar for direct and indirect taxes
- Coordinate and review indirect and direct tax compliance processes
- Research and analyse tax matters and provide tailored advice
- Identify tax risks and planning opportunities
- Manage uncertain tax exposures and tax provisioning
- Support tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities
- Prepare applications for tax rulings, incentives and exemptions
- Advise senior management on acquisition tax structures
Requirements
- At least 5 years of senior tax experience with a focus on APAC
- Proven experience managing, mentoring or leading team members
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Law or Tax
- Tax knowledge across multiple European jurisdictions
- Proficient Excel user
- Fluent English
