About the role
Responsibilities
- Own a pipeline of homeowner applications for processing
- Obtain supplemental information from homeowners via task/to-do service
- Place orders with third-party vendors for underwriting components
- Verify documentation for thoroughness per guidelines
- Complete initial package review to determine eligibility for underwriting
- Communicate with Sales team as homeowners' single point of contact
- Coordinate with Signing and Funding team to orchestrate closing and funding
Requirements
- 1-3+ years in an applicable role such as loan processing, finance ops, compliance or servicing
- Experience in roles measured by accuracy, completeness and efficiency
- Comfort collaborating cross-functionally and escalating issues
- Strong written and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong computer and CRM skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
