About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to Sales, Business Users, Institutional and Retail customers regarding application, API, and network connectivity
- Identify and resolve production incidents with end-to-end ownership
- Manage release activities, participate in audit reviews, and execute BCP exercises
- Monitor and automate application and infrastructure alerts to maintain system stability
- Implement process optimization and automation of manual tasks
Requirements
- 2+ years of production support experience, preferably in Banking or Financial Services
- Proficiency with UNIX commands, SQL, and Bash/Python scripting
- Mandatory experience supporting FIX protocol and APIs
- Strong understanding of Linux/Java based systems and exposure to Cloud/DevOps utilities
- Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Control-M, or Dynatrace
- Experience supporting Trading Systems (OMS/EMS) in Equities, Derivatives, FX, or Crypto domains
- Ability to work under high pressure and open to shift work/weekends
