Responsibilities
- Validate end-user functionality on NDS.Next desktops
- Test M365, firmwide applications, web apps, and line-of-business tools
- Perform defect reproduction and regression testing before and after migration
- Troubleshoot Windows, application, and desktop configuration issues
- Write clear user updates, technical notes, and workload status reports
Requirements
- Azure on-premises experience
- Windows application knowledge
- Application testing and troubleshooting experience
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced English
Preferred Qualifications
- Support experience
- Familiarity with Azure login, permissions, network, and storage components
