Application Tester AF

Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated tests to validate application functionality and quality
• Review requirements, user stories, and specifications to identify testing needs
• Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, test scripts, and testing documentation
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, usability, and exploratory testing
• Identify, reproduce, document, and track application defects
• Provide clear reproduction steps, expected results, and supporting evidence for reported issues
• Retest resolved defects and perform regression testing after application updates
• Validate application functionality against business and technical requirements
• Perform cross-browser, cross-platform, mobile, and device testing when required
• Test application interfaces, workflows, integrations, and data flows
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to investigate and resolve issues
• Monitor testing results and communicate quality risks and concerns
• Support release testing, deployment validation, and production verification activities
• Maintain accurate records of test results, defects, and testing progress
• Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, tools, and application quality

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Application Tester, QA Tester, or Software Tester
• Hands-on experience testing software applications
• Experience creating and executing manual test cases
• Experience identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
• Experience performing functional and regression testing
• Understanding of software development and release processes
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios
• Experience testing web, mobile, or desktop applications
• Strong computer and digital skills
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work
• English proficiency
