About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise customers to translate opportunities into technical architectures and implementation plans
- Design, build, and deploy AI systems that solve complex customer problems
- Write hands-on code to build prototypes, evaluation harnesses, and production accelerators
- Make technical decisions regarding models, agents, retrieval, reliability, and security
- Diagnose complex implementation challenges and drive blockers toward resolution
- Create reusable architectures, tooling, and playbooks to accelerate future deployments
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of delivering AI or machine-learning systems in enterprise environments
- Substantial personal contributions in code, architecture, or production engineering
- High proficiency in Python
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript is valuable
- Understanding of systematic AI evaluation using representative data and human judgment
- Experience navigating enterprise requirements like security, privacy, and data governance
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both engineers and executives
