Appointment Setter BZ

Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through outbound calls, email, and social media
• Qualify leads by identifying customer needs and potential fit
• Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, or demonstrations for the sales team
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to reduce no-shows
• Record prospect information and activities accurately in the CRM
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead transfers

Requirements

• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales
• Proven ability to make outbound calls and communicate with prospective customers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident and professional phone presence
• Ability to work independently within a remote sales team
• Proficiency with CRM systems and digital communication tools
• English proficiency for communicating with English-speaking prospects
