About the role
Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through outbound calls, email, and social media
- Qualify leads by identifying customer needs and potential fit
- Schedule qualified appointments and demonstrations for the sales team
- Confirm appointments and follow up with prospects to reduce no-shows
- Record prospect information and activities in the CRM
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proper lead transfer
Requirements
- Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales
- Experience making outbound calls to prospective customers
- Ability to qualify leads and schedule appointments consistently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work setup
- English proficiency
