Appointment Setter HT

Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through outbound calls, email, and social media
• Introduce company products and services to prospective customers
• Qualify leads by identifying customer needs and potential fit
• Schedule qualified appointments and demonstrations for the sales team
• Confirm appointments and follow up with prospects to reduce no-shows
• Record prospect information and activities in the CRM
• Manage calendars and coordinate appointment times
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales
• Experience making outbound calls to prospective customers
• Ability to qualify leads and schedule appointments consistently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently within a remote sales team
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work setup
• Professional, proactive, and target-oriented attitude
