Job description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify leads based on role, company type, industry, and business need
  • Schedule meetings using Calendly, HubSpot, Google Calendar, and Outlook
  • Manage scheduling across multiple time zones including confirmations and reminders
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM
  • Coordinate with SDRs, BDRs, and Account Executives for clean handoffs
  • Track performance metrics including calls made, emails sent, and meeting show rates

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in appointment setting, sales support, or lead generation
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Calendly, and Google Calendar
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours
  • High level of organization and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting SDR/BDR teams
  • Familiarity with Outreach, SalesLoft, or Apollo
  • Experience in SaaS, B2B services, or marketing agencies
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies like BANT, SPIN, or Challenger
