About the role
Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through outbound calls, email, and social media
- Qualify leads by identifying customer needs and interest
- Schedule qualified appointments and demonstrations for the sales team
- Confirm scheduled appointments and follow up with prospects to reduce no-shows
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects
- Handle basic questions and objections professionally
- Record prospect information and activities in the CRM
- Manage calendars and coordinate appointment times
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead transfer
- Provide feedback regarding prospect responses and common needs
Requirements
- Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales
- Experience making outbound calls and communicating with prospective customers
- Ability to qualify leads and schedule appointments consistently
- Ability to work toward daily and monthly performance targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote sales team
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work
- English proficiency
