Responsibilities

  • Contact cold B2B leads
  • Schedule qualified appointments for client sales teams
  • Represent innovative tech companies in SaaS, AI, and software

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch (speaking and writing)
  • Comfortable with outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Quiet workspace, stable internet connection, and headset
  • Experience in sales, SDR, or appointment setting is a plus

Benefits

  • €12 per hour base salary
  • €40–€60 per qualified appointment
  • On-target earnings (OTE) of €3,000+ per month
