Responsibilities
- Contact cold B2B leads
- Schedule qualified appointments for client sales teams
- Represent innovative tech companies in SaaS, AI, and software
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch (speaking and writing)
- Comfortable with outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Quiet workspace, stable internet connection, and headset
- Experience in sales, SDR, or appointment setting is a plus
Benefits
- €12 per hour base salary
- €40–€60 per qualified appointment
- On-target earnings (OTE) of €3,000+ per month
- Unlimited commission
