Arabic Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and suppliers
• Answer telephone calls and guest queries
• Provide information on promotions, room prices, and local activities
• Process payments, reservations, and cancellations accurately
• Identify corporate leads and build long-term relationships
• Drive online guest feedback and manage name mentions
• Perform general office duties including correspondence and filing
• Maintain reception stationery and supply stock
• Communicate guest requests and complaints to relevant departments
• Ensure guest safety in line with company guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience as a Hotel Receptionist
• Proficiency in Arabic (speaking, writing, and reading)
• Knowledge of Opera PMS
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
• Customer-oriented approach with high attention to detail
