About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the Arabic-speaking community
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives
- Ensure timely follow-ups and address any concerns or inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver superior service and support
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Keep abreast of market trends and industry developments
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a relevant field
- Proven experience in relationship management or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
