About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and high-quality Arabic language education to Cycle 1 students
- Align instruction with the National Curriculum for England and ADEK standards
- Plan, deliver, and assess lessons for young learners
- Foster a vibrant, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Integrate educational technology to enhance language instruction
- Monitor and communicate student progress through effective assessment and reporting
- Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Arabic Language, Arabic Literature, Education, or a related field
- Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., QTS, or equivalent) preferred
- ADEK Teacher License or eligibility to obtain one
- Native-level proficiency in spoken and written Arabic
- Proficiency in English
- Minimum 2-3 years of full-time teaching experience in a British curriculum primary setting
- Expertise in age-appropriate pedagogical approaches for young learners
- Strong classroom management and assessment skills
- Compliance with ADEK regulations and UAE cultural sensitivities
