About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to shape product vision and translate requirements into architecture options
- Produce architecture blueprints, high-level and low-level designs, and technical decision records
- Design secure, scalable, and reusable services, APIs, and datastore patterns
- Work closely with engineering teams through prototyping, code review, and design assurance
- Select appropriate technologies and define development standards to promote reuse
- Apply AI-assisted and agentic engineering practices to improve delivery and productivity
Requirements
- Strong architecture experience across cloud-native application, integration, data, and security domains
- Hands-on software engineering capability in C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python
- Practical experience using agentic AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor
- Practical Azure experience including compute, storage, networking, and security
- Experience with APIs, microservices, containers, and Kubernetes (preferably AKS)
- Ability to design access management, authentication, and authorization patterns
- Clear communication style for working with senior stakeholders and distributed teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with internal developer platforms or reusable engineering assets
- Experience with generative AI solution patterns and RAG
- Familiarity with enterprise UX patterns and workflow automation
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Security Engineer certifications
- TOGAF or SAFe certifications
What we look for
