Area Development Manager - Chicken

Responsibilities

• Achieve Sales AOP – Value and Volume for the specified area and category
• Execute sales plans and budgets to exceed annual objectives
• Forecast monthly promotional activity and ensure execution
• Review daily service levels, sales volume, and returns performance by route
• Achieve distribution targets and monthly sales volume/returns targets
• Ensure product visibility and availability in outlets via planograms and share of shelf
• Control wastage for all routes and outlets under supervision
• Manage collection and reconciliation from approved credit customers
• Supervise a team of sales representatives to ensure correct service levels and distribution
• Order correct product volume and mix to service outlets to company standards
• Conceptualize and execute brand activations and trade investment opportunities
• Monitor and implement Proof of Performance (POP) at the store level
• Manage customer relationships and conduct quarterly reviews
• Monitor daily salesman activities, sales progress, and collection status
• Generate daily and monthly reports on sales achievements and competitor activities

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of management experience in a similar role in the UAE
• 3 to 5 years of overall experience in FMCG, preferably food products
• Bachelor's degree in business or management related field
• MBA degree is desirable
