About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned sales teams within general trade channels
- Ensure up-to-date route plans and daily stock/cash reconciliation for salesmen
- Oversee collection and reconciliation from approved credit customers
- Supervise sales representatives to ensure correct service levels, distribution, and product display
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor route performance
- Achieve distribution targets and implement planograms across outlets
- Execute sales plans, budgets, and brand activation strategies
- Monitor Proof of Performance (POP) and implement promotional activities
- Generate daily and monthly reports on sales achievements and competitor activities
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of management experience in a similar role in the UAE
- 3 to 5 years of overall experience in FMCG, preferably with food products
- Bachelor's degree in business or a management-related field
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage teams and set targets
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA degree in business or management related field
