Area Sales Director

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and develop Provider Partnerships Regional Managers (PPRMs) through disciplined 1:1s and talent reviews
• Ensure consistent regional execution by driving adoption of core field systems, playbooks, and dashboards
• Translate national strategy into clear, field-ready action plans with defined KPIs and timelines
• Pressure-test field performance through regular field time and targeted, skills-based feedback
• Support and lead enterprise health system partnerships to drive adoption and expansion
• Act as a connective tissue between field teams and HQ departments like Product, Clinical, and Marketing
• Identify emerging leaders and own high-bar hiring and promotion decisions

Requirements

• Experience managing managers in a high-growth, field-based sales organization
• Experience with large, complex health system or enterprise partnerships
• Proven track record of developing strong leaders and managing talent
• Ability to thrive in fast-scaling, ambiguous environments
• Strong talent judgment regarding hiring and performance management
• Comfortable in senior-level external conversations with clinical and operational leadership
• Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred
