About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and expand arts and creative programming at the University
- Oversee all arts-related initiatives including fine arts, music, theatre, and performance arts
- Ensure high-quality opportunities that support student development and cultural enrichment
- Drive strategic growth of arts programming and talent development
- Coordinate arts events and manage partnerships
- Assess student learning outcomes in alignment with University strategic goals and Institutional Learning Outcomes (ILOs)
What we look for
- Experience in arts programming leadership
- Ability to oversee fine arts, music, and theatre initiatives
- Skills in event coordination and partnership management
- UAE National status required
