Asset/Wallet Operations

Responsibilities

• Operate, manage, and administer hot/warm/cold wallets, ensuring security, compliance, and efficiency
• Execute and oversee cryptocurrency transactions: payments, transfers, deposits, withdrawals
• Manage wallet rebalancing across different wallet types per company policy
• Facilitate cross-chain transactions and interoperability between blockchain protocols
• Reconcile wallet balances and transactions regularly; investigate discrepancies
• Develop and maintain SOPs and policies for wallet operations
• Ensure regulatory compliance and implement security best practices
• Liaise with auditors, regulators, and internal teams regarding wallet operations

Requirements

• 3+ years in digital asset operations, custody, or crypto wallet management
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, and DeFi/Web3 projects
• Hands-on wallet operations experience (custody, hot/warm/cold wallets, multi-signature, MPC)
• Strong knowledge of crypto security protocols and best practices
• Five-day week including weekends, three weekdays between Monday and Friday
• Professional English fluency required
