Assistance Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly General Ledger closing activities, journal entries, accruals and prepayments
• Review balance sheet reconciliations, provisions and unusual account balances
• Prepare monthly financial statements, departmental P&L analysis and GOP/NOP reports
• Coordinate budgets, forecasts and rolling projections with operational departments
• Support cash flow forecasts, working capital monitoring and CAPEX tracking
• Ensure reporting complies with USALI and hotel policies
• Coordinate internal control self-assessments and audit responses
• Reconcile financial data across SUN, Opera Cloud, Micros and BIRD systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
• 4-5 years of relevant hotel accounting experience
• Advanced Excel, financial analysis and financial modelling
• Knowledge of SUN, Opera Cloud and Micros
• Strong knowledge of month-end closing, reconciliations and internal controls
• Business English, written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

• ACCA, CPA, CA or CIMA qualification (or part-qualification)
• Familiarity with BIRD
• Prior senior accounting or supervisory exposure
